Each bespoke or made-to-measure boubou is carefully handmade to perfection.
Please allow up to 21 business days for production and processing before shipment.
Ready-to-Wear Orders:
Ships within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Preorders or Limited Drops:
Processing times are always listed on the product page.
Rush Orders:
Need it sooner? Contact support@uzomastore.com before placing your order. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee.
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturdays.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS International, insured and fully trackable.
International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using our integrated Ship API, based on destination and package weight.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
Delays due to customs inspections are outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before checkout.
Uzoma is not responsible for delays or lost deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
If you need to correct your address, contact support@uzomastore.com immediately after placing your order. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
Allow up to 3 additional business days, as carriers may mark items early.
After that, contact us at support@uzomastore.com with your order number.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a reshipment or store credit.
Refunds are not issued for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package in real time via:
