We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom-made or tailored items (including made-to-measure boubous)
Personalized or altered orders
Clearance or final sale items
Accessories or headwear for hygiene reasons
Custom orders are created specially for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide a clear photo or video showing the defect or issue.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on your preference.

To initiate a return or exchange:
Submit a return request via our online Returns Portal.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return slip and shipping label by email.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back using the provided label.
Note:
Returns without prior authorization may be declined or issued store credit automatically.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Uzoma is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit without proof of tracking.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
You may exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for future use.
All clearance or promotional sale items are final sale.
They may only be returned for store credit — no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Please allow up to 15 working days for processing and shipping of orders, depending on product availability and location.
